An experience long a million miles sailed by the Malingri family, more than half by Vittorio, in the last 50 years, and the building since 1982 of over 130 blue water cruisers, the mythical series of classic Moanas, and  racing and cruising full custom one-offs.

We transfered the fine craftsmanship, finish and know-know how that made Moana Bluewater Yachts famous to a Moana Custom line of full custom one-off, to meet the needs of Owners wanting a high standard yacht designed and build especially for them. We offer to Owners and Design Firms a state of the art construction of their design, with the added value of the Malingri's skills and know how,  at an unbeatable true shipyard cost free from brand mark up. In alternative our own design and technical office VMV YD, can design a very special yacht around Owner's needs and use, following his indications to conceive external technical and aesthetic features and arrangements layout.

Moana Custom provide all materials and gear used for building and fit out at a professional shipyard discount. Sell only technical office and production's working hours, in which are included all basic company costs like: expendable materials, energy and disposal. This strategy permit a heavy reduction of the building budget good to compensate the design firm fee and the major one-off and high quality realization costs. The final yacht price is often lower if compared to expensive brands yacht of te same length, but with as added value to be tailored around his Owner, unique in his kind, build by skilled handcrafters with the better materials and building processes, and a special reputation for sailing details, structures and reliable inboard systems.

Moana Shipyard build monohulls up to 60 'and multihulls up to 55' in his San Filippo sul Cesano facility. For bigger yacht we have a well tested joint venture with ELEVA Yachts, in the near town of Fano, one of the most qualitative Italian shipyards with which we have a long time collaboration on each other big projects. ELEVA Yachts is a company of Carbon Line s.r.l., one of the two biggest lamination unit in Europe, worldwide known and regarded for the lamination of top quality luxury yachts as Benetti, Pershing, Riva, Azimuth, Franchini Yachts, Mangusta and others top class maxi and superyachts yachts. ELEVA Yachts is Carbon Line's finishing unit,  has it's own brand of quality sailing yachts and finish for third party some of the yachts and superyachts laminated by Carbon Line s.r.l..

Regarding Moana Custm big yacht ELEVA Yachts will be in charge for composite, the interiors and the exterior and interior finishing. always under the supervision by Vittorio Malingri, Moana Shipyard teams will fit out deck, gears, engine room, systems, plants, rig and appendages.

In order to have the best financial protection from a big company, and a direct control on their  building, owners will have direct relationship and building contract with ELEVA Yachts.
